Present Tenses

Exercise 1:

Choose the most appropriate verb form to complete

a)  Mary has returned / returns / is returning Morocco recently.

b)  They travel / are travelling / have been travelling a lot since they retired.

c) John doesn’t know / hasn’t known / wasn’t knowing anything about our marriage.

d) The ESPN channel shows / has shown / is showing some good sports programmes next week.

d) No one cares / is caring / has been caring about present-day nowadays.

Exercise 2:

Make logical sentences using the words provided. Remember to conjugate the verbs in the appropriate tense and to use the correct punctuation, prepositions and articles.
